Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days, except for those labeled as special order. Please note that orders may be delayed beyond our control with shipping companies.
We offer two shipping options: Standard shipping as well as Express shipping.
Delivery times are based on the distance from our Toronto warehouse. Many shipping companies are experiencing delays in shipping due to high volumes especially during high peak seasons.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
Insurance:
We offer an insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if Canada Post, USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact the shipping company via their website.
